 cht getrockneter Hopfen wird im Englischen wet hops genannt und kann natürlich 
 auch zum Brauen verwendet werden. Durch die sehr begrenzte Verfügbarkeit von fr
 ischem Hopfen und die Notwendigkeit\, innerhalb von Stunden nach der Ernte
  zu brauen\, ist diese spezielle Form des Brauens wesentlich einzigartiger
 . Nur die wagemutigsten\, engagiertesten und tapfersten Brauer und Braueri
 nnen verschreiben sich der Herausforderung\, gemeinsam mit Hopfenbauern di
 e logistischen Hürden zu nehmen\, um ein Bier mit frischem Hopfen zu brauen\, d
 as den Gipfel an Geschmacksnoten und Aromen erreicht!Das Wet Hop Festival 
 feiert diese Biere\, die Köpfe dahinter und die weiten Felder\, auf denen die
  Unmengen an frischem Hopfen gedeihen!_________________On November 26th\, 
 2016\, Bierlieb will host Berlin?s first ever Annual Wet Hop Festival desi
 gned to showcase as many beers brewed using wet hops as we can get our han
 ds on!The annual hop harvest falls within a very narrow window each year a
 nd hops reach their optimal flavour for only a few days. As a consequence 
 of this urgency to harvest\, hops are immediately dried so that they can b
 e stored and used year-round.Undried or 'wet' hops may also be used for br
 ewing\, however due to the limited availability of fresh hops and the requ
 irement to brew within hours after harvest\, this special form of brewing 
 is far more unique. It is only the daring\, dedicated and courageous brewe
 r who commits to the challenge of teaming up with a hop farmer to tackle t
 he logistical hurdles of brewing a wet hopped beer with the resultant prod
 uct at its flavour and aroma pinnacle!The Wet Hop Festival is a celebratio
 n of these beers\, their brewers and the farmers of the copius amounts of
