 , 2013\, at 17.30!! The topic of the gathering is your culture and how you
  fit in (or do not fit in). We all have identities that make us unique but
  can also limit us (based on the colour of our skin\, our gender\, sexuali
 ty\, ethnicity\, language\, age\, ability\, class\, religion\, ...). We al
 l have struggles that these identities create for us. And we all have our 
 unique Paths in life towards happiness\, balance\, and success. The Cultur
 e Slam is an evening for us to learn more about each other?s unique cultur
 al experiences and perhaps to share our own. We will have the following pr
 esenters and more: Line-Up: 1. Tomer Mazie (Israel) will talk about how th
 e Palestinian Israeli conflict affects everyday lives of people. In Englis
 h with German translation. 2. Rachel Sever (USA) will perform spoken word 
 poetry in English with German summary. 3. Arne Bardelle (Germany) is going
  to do a rap in German. 4. Christopher (Malawi) will tell a story in Chich
 ewa with German translation. 5. Jordan Kynes (USA) will recite a poem by R
 obert Service in English. ------------------------------------------------
 ---- Culture Slam is an evening organized as a collaboration between Sprac
 hsalon Berlin and Weitblick e.V.: Sprachsalon Berlin is a language school 
 where you can learn German\, brush up on your English\, and explore langua
 ges like Hindi\, Hebrew\, Russian\, and Turkish in small groups with lots 
 of teacher attention. Here\, languages co-exist with culture\, poetry\, an
 d a warm atmosphere of learning and play. We are conveniently located in t
 rendy Kreuzkoelln and always welcome any questions with a cup of tea and a
