 nd Allan jongliert eine Vielzahl schlechtbezahlter Jobs. Beide träumen sie v
 on einer Karriere als Filmemacher. Da kommt Allan die zündende Idee: eine YouTu
 be Mockumentary- Serie über zwei Freunde\, die eine YouTube Mockumentary-Serie 
 drehen\, zu drehen. Diese Serie wird dann so erfolgreich\, dass sie von de
 r BBC oder HBO aufgekauft wird. Soweit der Plan. Ganz einfach. Die Umsetzu
 ng erweist sich jedoch schwieriger als erwartet\, und ihre ohnehin an Konf
 likten reiche Beziehung wird umso reicher. Zumal Ken das von Allan erarbei
 tete Konzept der Serie nicht wirklich verstehen will. Und so führen komplexe\, 
 ästhetische Fragen\, wie zum Beispiel ?spiele ich jetzt eigentlich mich oder
  mich??\, schnell zu Streitereien. Nebenbei gilt es noch Kens neueste Thea
 terpremiere zu meistern Shakespeare\, natürlich. Und außerdem bald Folge 2. Und 
 3. ...  KEN AND ALLAN MAKE A WORLD WIDE WEB SERIES tells the story of Ken 
 and Allan\, two quarrelsome friends sharing the dream of a career in film 
 making. Sadly\, for lack of funds\, opportunity\, determination\, and tale
 nt that dream is very unlikely to come true. Thus they come up with a plan
 : to make a YouTube- Series in a mockumentary style about two friends who 
 make a YouTube-Series in a mockumentary style. The idea is that\, due to i
 t's enormous success\, this mock- mockumentary will be picked up by the BB
 C\, or HBO\, or any other major network\, resulting in fame\, money\, awar
 ds\, and a stellar career in the film and television industries. That's th
 e plan\, anyway. Lacking real vision\, making the series only adds to Ken 
 and Allan's constant bickering. As the series progresses the viewer will w
 itness Ken and Allan having to deal with a multitude of complex aesthetic 
 questions\, such as 'Can we circumvent British and American profanity laws
  by swearing in German?' etc. Meanwhile\, they anxiously await that one ca
