Her writing has appeared in The Inde pendent\, Prospect\, The New Statesman\, Aeon and The Los Angeles Review o f Book and Five Dials\, among others and she reviews for the Times Literar y Supplement and Poetry Review.Julia Bell is a writer and Senior Lecturer at Birkbeck London where she is the Course Director of the MA in Creative Writing. She has published three novels\, most recently 'The Dark Light' a nd is now working on a fourth. She is also the co editor of the Creative W riting Coursebook.
