 arts the female body has been exposed\, objectified\, admired\, idealized 
 and glorified.\nUntil today the female beauty has worked as a major inspir
 ation to many artists - male and female alike. GIRLS is a conjunction betw
 een two photographers with different nationalities\, genders\, backgrounds
  and angle of visions. One with a male perspective\, with a special eye fo
 r shape and contrasts\, and the other one with a female perspective and a 
 strong love for nature. Even if they take on the same subject\, the female
  model\, they show a great diversity.\nGIRLS may not be a revolutionary ex
 hibition\, considering the commonly use of the subject\, but it still is a
 nd will remain an absorbing and fascinating theme that will induce and sed
 uce the spectator.\n\nThe exhibition was also a big success in Istanbul in
  2011! The Berlin version was running parallel.\n\n'The exibition took pla
 ce in a waxing salon in Charlottenburg. It was a really unexpected place t
 o find the exibition\, but at the same time it was a nice spacious altbau 
 appartment\, furnished in kind of a barokko style. So in the end it made a
  really great impression on us\, concerning the topic of the pictures.' Th
