 underline the importance of Human Rights by tattooing the complete Declara
 tion on individuals\, letter by letter.3 things you need to be aware of if
  you want to be part of this project:You can't choose the tattooed letter.
 Size and place on the body of the tattoo is up to you.&nbsp\;Think about y
 our motivation because the motivations of all participants will be united
