  der Galerie Pleiku. Der Name der Ausstellung bezeichnet die Zwischenstufe
  zwischen der Vergangenheit und der Zukunft und der sich ständig weiterbeweg
 enden Natur des künstlerischen Prozesses. Die Künstlerinnen testen und verarbeiten i
 hre Arbeitsweisen durch neue Materialien\, Arbeitsmethoden\, sowie Formen 
 und Gestalten.?Plastik-Plan? von Antte Kerkola ist ein Kommentar der mit P
 lastik gefüllten Welt. Die Nachricht ist in der physischen Struktur des Kunstwe
 rkes kristallisiert\; Plastik auf Plastik. Die Materialien stellen das Ein
 fache und das Oberflächliche dar. Die Doppelmoral und der Konflikt zwischen 
 der Weltlichkeit von unnatürlichen Materialien und unserer ökologischen Nachhaltig
 keit sind Grundthemen desKunstwerkes. Wir sorgen uns um die Meere\, Wasser
 systeme und Ökosysteme und trotzdem sind wir in unserem Leben von Plastik u
 mgeben.Reija Palo-oja präsentiert in der Ausstellung Ölgemälde auf Papier. Die 
 Oberflächen der Gesten der abstrakten Kunst\, instinktive Wege des Arbeitens
  und suggestive Themen überschneiden sich in ihrem Werk. Die Raffinesse der Präse
 ntation und die immaterielle Leichtigkeit drängen einen dazu\, inne zu halte
 n. Die Gemälde sind wie Fragmente von Wänden und ihrer im Laufe der Zeit patin
 ierten Schichten. Metaphorisch bilden die Kunstwerke eine Geschichte in de
 r Form verschiedener Zeichen. Die Gemälde können auch als Metapher für die Schichten
  des Geistes gesehen werden.Das Werk von Rea Pelto-Uotila spiegelt repetit
 ive\, organische Formen wider\, die von Gedanken über Vergänglichkeit und Einziga
 rtigkeit stammen. Ihre Kunst ist von der Harmonie natürlicher Formen\, ihrem Gl
 eichgewicht\, ihrem Rhythmus und Gegenteilen inspiriert. Die Technik\, die
  Pelto-Uotila einsetzt\, wurde bereits vor dem ersten Millennium verwendet

  the constantly moving nature of artistic process. The artists test and pr
 ocess their ways of working through new materials\, working methods and sh
 apes and forms.Antte Kerkola?s piece ?Plastic plan? comments on the plasti
 c filled world. The message is crystallized in the physical structure of t
 he artwork\; plastic on plastic. The materials symbolize the easy\, the sh
 allow and the superficial. The double standards and conflict between the m
 undaneness of unnatural materials and our environmental sustainability can
  be seen as the thematic cores of the artwork. We are worried about the oc
 eans\, water systems and ecosystems\, and yet we live surrounded by plasti
 c.Reija Palo-oja presents oil paintings on paper in the exhibition. The su
 rfaces of abstract art?s gestures\, instinctive way of working and suggest
 ive themes are overlapped in her work. The subtlety of presentation and im
 material lightness urge one to come to a halt. The paintings are like frag
 ments of building walls and their layers patinated in time. Metaphorically
 \, the artworks form a narrative level in the form of different marks. The
  paintings can also be seen as a metaphore to the layers of mind.Rea Pelto
 -Uotila's work represent repetitive\, organic shapes\, which are stemmed f
 rom the thoughts of ephemerality and uniqueness. Her artwork take inspirat
 ion from the harmony of organic shapes\, their balance\, rhythm and opposi
 tes. The technique Pelto-Uotila utilizes has been used already before the 
 turn of the 1st millennium. All the materials are 100% natural\, lamb wool
