 hulahti und die multidisziplinäre Künstlerin Anne Salmi werden zwei Wochen in der
  Galerie Pleiku verbringen und Zeicheninstallationen mit Licht und Textile
 lementen kreieren\, die die gesamte Galerie bedecken werden. Die Installat
 ion wird wachsen und sich durch die Interaktion zwischen den beiden Künstlerinn
 en und unterschiedlichen künstlerischen Ausdrücken entwickeln. Der Kern der Arbeit i
 st die nicht-verbale Kommunikation\, bei der Farben\, Licht\, Schatten\, L
 inien und Oberflächen den Dialog und das Ergebnis des Vorgangs steuern. Für das P
 ublikum bietet die Installation sich täglich verändernde visuelle Erfahrungen 
 an.Während der Ausstellungszeit laden Karhulahti und Salmi das Publikum zum 
 gemeinsamen Diskutieren und Erfahren ein. Die Gespräche finden auf Englisch 
 statt.Maijariitta Karhulahti (MA Kultur und Kunst) ist eine bildende Künstlerin
  aus Kuopio\, Finnland. Karhulahti arbeitet hauptsächlich mit recycelten Mat
 erialien und Objekten. Das Gefühl der Materialien und Erinnerungen\, Bilder und
  Emotionen\, die sie hervorrufen\, sind wesentlich für ihre Arbeit. Auch die Or
 ientierung auf die Aufführungen\, die Empathie und mehrere sensorische Werke si
 nd zusammen mit ihrer Methodik beachtenswert. Ihre Werke werden durch Text
 ilien\, Intergenerationalität und der Vorstellung des menschlichen Schicksal

 ahti and multidisciplinary artist Anne Salmi will spend two weeks in Galer
 ie Pleiku creating a drawing installation made with light and textile elem
 ents covering the entire gallery space. The installation will grow and dev
 elop in interaction between two artists and differing artistic expressions
 . At the heart of the work is non-verbal communication where color\, light
 \, shadows\, lines and surfaces guide the dialogue and the outcome of the 
 process. For the audience the installation offers a daily changing visual 
 experience. At the opening of the exhibition the artists will present a de
 mo of their collaborative working method. During the exhibition period Kar
 hulahti and Salmi invite the audience to gatherings to share\, discuss and
  experience together. Conversations are held in English.Maijariitta Karhul
 ahti (MA Culture and Arts) is a visual artist based in Kuopio\, Finland. K
 arhulahti works mainly with recycled materials and objects. The feel of th
 e material and the associations it brings with memories\, images and feeli
 ngs are intrinsic to her work. Also orientation toward performances\, empa
 thizing and multiple sensory works have become notable in her methodology.
  Her works are woven together by textiles\, intergenerationality and imagi
