 rnetze messen? Die Berliner Künstlerin Theresa Schubert widmet sich in der Auss
 tellung ?Melting Mountains' dem wohl drängendsten Problem unserer Zeit: dem 
 Klimawandel und der damit einhergehenden Gletscherschmelze. Ihre Arbeiten 
 laden dazu ein\, eine neue Sensibilität für die Verbindung zwischen Kunst und Wis
 senschaft zu entwickeln und sich die eindrucksvolle und zugleich erschreck
 ende Veränderung der Natur bewusst zu machen. Entstanden als Zusammenarbeit 
 der Künstlerin mit Wissenschaftler*innen im Rahmen einer STARTS4Water Residency
  der Europäischen Kommission\, können die Werke ?PART 1: A SYNTHETIC ARCHIVE'\,
  ?PART 2: EARTH MEMORY'\, 'PART 3: SIMULATING GLACIAL WATER SYSTEMS' nun e
 rstmals als vollständige ?Glacier Trilogy' im MEINBLAU Projektraum in Berlin
  besucht werden. Ein Rahmenprogramm bietet vertiefende Einblicke in die Th
 ematik und künstlerische Arbeit.//What can fluvial systems and glaciers tell us
  about climate change? And how can we measure the human impact on these co
 mplex water networks? With her exhibition 'Melting Mountains'\, Berlin-bas
 ed artist Theresa Schubert addresses perhaps the most pressing issue of ou
 r time: climate change and the resulting melting of glaciers. The works in
 vite visitors to cultivate a new sensitivity towards the intersection of a
 rt and science\, and offer a unique way of understanding the remarkable an
 d alarming changes taking place in nature.The project was developed by The
 resa Schubert in collaboration with scientists as part of STARTS4Water res
 idency\, organized by the European Commission. The trio of the works ?PART
