 r künstlerischen Praxis untersucht Innmann die Verbindungen und Wechselwirkunge

 er Tun eingebettet ist. In diesem Prozess agieren die Faktoren Zeit (Dauer
 )\, Raum (Ort) und Umgebung (menschlich und nicht-menschlich) als eigenständ
 ige Agenten und sind somit für einen wesentlichen Teil des Erscheinungsbildes d
 er Werke verantwortlich.Innmann fragt u.?a. in ihren beiden Performances d
 anach\, wofür wir unsere Zeit einsetzen und welchen Gegenwert Zeit hat. 800?? i
 st es dem Land Berlin wert\, die Arbeit von Künstler:innen in Kleingruppenausst
 ellungen zu honorieren. Bis genau dieser Betrag bei einem Stundenlohn von 
 80?? erreicht ist\, wird die Performerin in der Ausstellung arbeiten: Sie 
 schaufelt Sand von einem zum anderen Haufen oder schrubbt eine Weltkarte. 
 Mithilfe einer Stechuhr wird ihre Arbeitszeit aufgezeichnet. Dabei untersu
 cht Innmann die Relation zwischen Arbeit und Zeit mit einem kritischen Fok
 us auf der Instrumentalisierung von Arbeit in unterschiedlichen politische
 n Systemen. Indem die Menschen ständig beschäftigt werden\, werden sie formal 
 ruhiggestellt und der Möglichkeit beraubt\, eigene verantwortliche Entscheidu
 ngen zu treffen. Sophie Innmann studierte Malerei und Graphik an der Staat
 lichen Akademie der Bildenden Künste Karlsruhe. Seit 2015 lebt und arbeitet sie
  ohne festen Wohnsitz. Arbeitsaufenthalte führten sie u.?a. nach Paris\, Barcel
 ona\, Minneapolis\, Yogyakarta\, Plowdiw und Elefsina. Der Logik dieses Le
 benswandels folgend interessiert sich Innmann für Netzwerk-Strukturen\, Archivi
 erung von Handlung\, das Erscheinen und Verschwinden. Ein wichtiger Teil i
 hrer Praxis ist es\, in gemeinsamen Projekten und von ihr kuratierten Auss
 tellungen Künstlerinnen zu vernetzen. 2020 erhielt sie das Arbeitsstipendium de
 r Stiftung Kunstfonds Bonn. Ihre Arbeiten werden international u.?a. in de
 r Staatlichen Kunsthalle Baden-Baden\, der Kunsthalle Basel\, dem MoMA Mos
 kau oder dem Kunstmuseum Stuttgart präsentiert.ENSophie Innmann's performanc
 e takes place daily.Innmann engages in her artistic practice with the conn
 ections and interactions between human behaviour and the surrounding struc
 tures in which our actions take place. In this process\, the factors of ti
 me (duration)\, space (place) and environment (human and non-human) operat
 e as independent agents and are thus significantly responsible for the app
 earance of her works.In her two performances\, Innmann tackles the questio
 ns\, among other things\, how we use our time and what value time owns for
  us. In fact\, Berlin pays 800 Euro to honour the work of artists in small
  group exhibitions. In a critical take on this aspect\, Innmann will labou
 r in her performance until she reaches the exact amount of an hourly wage 
 of 80 Euro: she shovels sand from one pile to another or scrubs a world ma
 p. All the while\, a punch clock records her working hours. In doing so\, 
 Innmann explores in this way the relationship between work and time with a
  critical focus on the instrumentalization of labour in different politica
 l systems. By keeping people constantly busy\, they are formally tranquill
 ized and deprived of the opportunity to make their own reasonable decision
 s.Sophie Innmann studied painting and graphic arts at the State Academy of
  Fine Arts Karlsruhe. She has lived and worked without a permanent residen
 ce since 2015. Work residencies have taken her to Paris\, Barcelona\, Minn
 eapolis\, Yogyakarta\, Plovdiv and Elefsina\, among others. Following the 
 logic of this way of life\, Innmann is interested in network structures\, 
 the archiving of action\, appearance and disappearance. Connecting women a
 rtists in joint artistic and curatorial projects forms another essential p
 art of her work. In 2020\, she received a working grant from the Stiftung 
 Kunstfonds Bonn. Her work has been presented internationally at venues inc
 luding the Staatliche Kunsthalle Baden-Baden\, the Kunsthalle Basel\, the
