MiQ is a total body movement experience guided by immersive electronic music. The result is a magnetic union between music, movers, and movement where the crowd becomes a powerful part of the show.

Participants are intentionally in sync with themselves and each other.
But most importantly.... a really good time.
About The Experience :
MiQ is an experiential interplay of electronic music and movement that fosters a deep connection to the self and the collective. The result is a euphoric union - music, movement, and individual(s) - where the crowd becomes a powerful part of the show.
The MiQ Experience leverages principles of the Movement IQTM method, an intelligent approach to total body strength and conditioning that pays unique attention to posture, body awareness, and movement precision.
Each MiQ event guides movement from the foundation first, orchestrating a music-led intensity build that is as artful as it is strategic. The music reinforces conscientious and connected movement, whilst the movement reciprocally enriches the experience of the music.
Instructor Profile :
Ranah Farkhondeh (she/her) is born in Los Angeles and bred in New York City. Put in motion in Europe.
Former music industry professional turned international movement expert. Her last project - the Movement IQTM Strength Lab - was a highly successful brick-and-mortar studio in Florence, Italy. The lab ultimately became an incubator for the MiQ Experience, as her deep passion for electronic music showed up as a powerful tool for creating meaningful group sessions.

What do You need:
No equipment necessary.
Comfortable athleisure clothes with trainers are recommended.
The entire experience is done standing with one weighted ball (provided by MiQ).
