"A simple way to happiness - Dissolving of the pain-body"
- with Dr. Doru Beniamin Bodea
The larger part of human pain is unnecessary; it is just self-created as long as the uncontrolled mind runs our life. The pain we create now, is always some form of non-acceptance, some form of unconscious resistance to that what is - to the present moment.
On the level of thought, the resistance is some form of judgement; on the emotional level we are
speaking about emotional pain – resentment, hatred, self-pity, guilt, anger, depression, jealousy, even the slightest irritation. And every pleasure or emotional high contains within itself the seed of pain: its inseparable opposite, which will manifest in time.. The intensity of the pain depends on the degree of the resistance to the present moment, and this in turn depends of how strongly we are identified with our mind. The mind always seeks to deny the Now and to escape from it.
The Pain-Body has 2 modes of being: dormant and active. Some people live entirely trough their Pain-Body, while others may experience it only in some certain situations. Anything can trigger it, particularly if it resonates with a pain pattern from your past.
We aim to find simple ways to identify the Pain-Body during our daily life and to offer some simple methods to gradually eliminate it. Besuche diesen Vortrag kostenlos und ohne Anmeldung! Wir freuen uns auf dich!
