Within the frame of Iván Argote’s exhibition "A Place to Stay", the welcome team regularly lead visitors across the construction site to Iván Argote’s permanent installation "Bridges Spreepark". Around the island near the Ferris wheel, five bridges were constructed across the Grand Canal. Plants now grow where boats once glided across the water. In response to this transformation, Iván Argote’s bridges invite visitors to take a fresh look at the man-made landscape around the Ferris wheel and to reflect not only on the public space itself but also on the encounters and relationships of the people who use it.
Unfortunately, private tours for tour groups are not possible. Due to ongoing construction, we are unable to offer tours on other dates. Owing to the construction work, the site is not wheelchair-accessible.
