Kostenlose Führungen Kunsträume Neukölln

Over the last few years, independent art spaces in Neukölln have gone from strength to strength, thriving and representing the diversity of the art scene in Berlin. These venues range from institutions like galleries to spaces referred to as a “Projektraum” or a “Happening-Space”. They present work that is less well known; most of them are not motivated by commercialinterests. Because they are willing to take risks and support experiments, they are able to present the wide range of art forms being realised in a wide variety of kinds of spaces. While some are organised single-handedly by an individual with great passion for art, others are the result of a collective effort. The work on view ranges from more traditional art forms to media art, performance and the conceptual.
Now 18 selected art spaces will join forces and open their doors to all and sundry as a coordinated event. These six Saturdays in May and June have been given the name
“Kunsträume Neukölln | Art Spaces Neukölln” and will offer a host of exhibitions, guided tours and other events – don‘t miss it!

On days of guided tours all venues open from 2:00 – 6:00 pm.
