Tanztraining / dance class for ladies

In 2 hour training we will:
Warm up
Work out (abdominals)
Learn a choreography
Stretch deeply

Tryout class costs 5€
If you decide to stay with us, we will be sharing rental costs for the studio.

Every Friday 20:00-22:30. La Caminada Tanzstudio - Böckhstraße 21. Bring comfortable clothes, socks (no sport shoes needed), you will need knee pads and optionally some high-heels. Please be there 10 Minutes before we start in order to change!
