Sumi-e "Sound Painting" Performance at Artist Homes, Berlin
A performance project 'Sumi-e' in collaboration with free improvised musician Günter Heinz (Trombone/Flute) & Haruhiko Okabe(Saxophone/Hichiriki) and Painter Haruka Sasaki (Sumi-e Painting).
"Sumi-e" is combined with all traditions; "baroque trombone” from Germany, “Hichiriki" is one of main instruments of Gagaku (1300years Japanese traditional court music) and traditional Japanese painting "Sumi-e” with the improvise approach in modern art philosophy.
