Angelo is touring Europe in January and February, supporting his newest album "The Last Pacifist". In Berlin he is also playing Barcafé Es on Jan 23rd. On his duel with the Night Gardener he wrote this:
"So, as part of this crazy European tour, I will be sharing the stage again with Oliver, aka The Night Gardener. And I am proud of that, because, apart from being a talented musician, he's one of those guys who actually helped me when I truly needed that. So I gotta definitely use the word "friend" for him, fair enough, but fact: he deserves that.
All right, so we're gonna have one of those "duels" (noone's getting hurt anyway, no worries!) twice in Berlin. 25 January at CocoLiebe and 27 January at Galatea Wine and Music Berlin. The one and only winner is going to be music, because that's where the both of us are coming from. Stories, notes, chords, harmonies, guitars and whatever else surrounding them. We are emotions blended into instrumental and vocal atmospheres, built over experiences and adventures we use as gasoline for our lives. And after all, we're musicians, singer/songwriters, artists, human beings, lost souls, floating breaths, airplanes waiting to be taken off.
So I invite you all to both gigs, because they'll be more than just "watch me playing and then clap your hands". It will be a true experience of listening to stories, and experiencing something totally unplanned to the bone. And positive. Music is life, every song has a tale behind, and we're gonna share that with you, so you see that: you have the very chance to get into the very reason why we're offering our souls on a daily basis, through our music, giving them out to make you (and ourselves) happy. And you're all invited to be part of the music, then!"
