Aller guten Dinge sind drei und so findet vom 01. bis 08. Oktober 2016 nun bereits die dritte Berlin Food Week statt und verwandelt die Hauptstadt in ein wahres Paradies für Foodies, Profis, Genießer und Hobbyköche.Mit Partnern, Supportern und Freunden widmen wir uns acht Tage lang einer der schönsten Nebensachen der Welt und sorgen gemeinsam für interaktives Programm, aufregende Events und kulinarische Höhepunkte.In diesem Jahr haben wir das erste Mal ein Partnerland, mit dem es auf jeden Fall leidenschaftlich wird. Mexiko und die mexikanische Botschaft holen uns die besten mexikanischen Köche nach Berlin, wir werden mit Mezcal anstoßen und euch die aktuellsten Trends aus Mexiko präsentieren. Aber auch in diesem Jahr kooperieren wir unter anderem mit dem Gastro-Gründerpreis und der Next Generation Food.Einige weitere Highlights der diesjährigen Berlin Food Week sind das Stadtmenü, bei dem 50 Restaurants ein Menü zum Thema "Rauchzeichen" gestalten und das House of Food. Hier können Besucher sich in der Restaurant Street und im Späti Deluxe kulinarisch Neuem zu widmen und bei Workshops die Trends direkt erleben. All great things come in threes, and that means it’s time for the third annual Berlin Food Week.From October 1st - 8th, 2016, the city of Berlin will transform into a scrumptious paradise for foodies, professionals, gourmets and recreational chefs alike.Over the course of these eight days, partners, supporters and friends are invited to join us in celebrating all things cooking through an interactive program, exciting events and culinary highlights.For the first time we have a partner country. Mexico and the Mexican embassy will bring us the best Mexican chefs. We will celebrate with Mezcal and present you the newest trends right out of Mexico. Once again we are closely linked with Gastro-Gründerpreis and Next Generation Food amongst others.Highlights of this year's Berlin Food Week include the Stadtmenü, which has 50 participating local restaurants create a menu on the shared theme of "Rauchzeichen", and the House of Food, which will showcase culinary novelties along Restaurant Street and in our Späti Deluxe.
