Why This Hike? In everyday life, we often carry more than we notice: expectations, worries, unfinished conversations, constant input. This pilgrimage is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and reflect on life’s important questions. We’ll walk at a relaxed pace, share thoughts, and take time for moments of silence – about 30 minutes to an hour – to listen to nature and our inner voices.
What to know & bring - Dress for the season and the weather. Important: hiking or running shoes. - Bring enough food and water for the whole day, as we won’t stop anywhere to buy snacks or drinks. A thermos with hot tea or coffee is highly recommended! - Don’t forget your public transport ticket for the way there and back. - There may be an option for a quick winter dip. If you’d like to try it, bring swimwear, a towel and extra clothes to warm up afterwards.
