WEISSBUNT is an artist unit of two painters based in Berlin, ÜRIKMÄD and Robert Jung. Selected works will be shown at Gallery52 in Berlin-Neukölln.
All began when a Japanese and a German painter met in Berlin. They started drawing together on a single paper at the same time. The goal was to create something they wouldn't be able to do alone. The process is always of random nature, there is no plan, everything happens progressively.

ÜRIKMÄD born in Tokyo, Japan graduated from Art College in Japan. She started an artist career when she moved to Berlin, Germany in 2012. In her drawings animals have found hidden places to stay in a colorful fantasy world.

Robert Jung is a Berlin based artist from Germany. His works are about distortion and endless organic transformations. Black waterproof ink being the main ingredient.
