Organized by the Positive Lab, Seeding Freedom is Berlin’s first ecofeminist festival, which will take place at Prinzengarten in Wedding on the 4th of September.
Artistic performances, writing workshops, talking circles, a concert, a documentary screening and much more await participants at this inclusive, intercultural, multilingual and intersectional event, where all are welcome. Admission is free!
Our rich program includes performances and readings by artists Sara Lu (‘Queer Movement Circle’) and Ulrike Bernard, Amazonian yoga and chants led by Colombian artist Daiana Romero, talking circles around the themes of sexuality, jealousy and capitalism, a vulva crafting workshop, a presentation on eco-entrepreneurship, a collective podcast listening session, as well as the screening of ‘This World Is Not Made For Us,’ a documentary that portrays the ecofeminist movement as it is embodied today by the collective Voix Déterres.
