Arnaldo Prete is an Italo-Brazilian-Afro-Latin musician & composer Vatapá de Fruta Pao is a berlin-based group since 2007, playing bossanova, samba, sambareggae and brasilian funk for festivals, bars, private évents, hôtels, vernissages, multicultural events in Berlin as much as all around Germany and north of Europe.

Vatapá de Fruta Pao refers to an african-rooted dish from Salvador do Bahia that mixes up seafood and tropical fruits. Likewise, Its music blows fresh and strong like the wind on the ocean and tastes rich and juicy like the mango!

Vatapa's repertoire includes afro-sambas, samba-reggaes and more rhythms from Northeast Brasil, a wide range of atmospheres from sophisticated, smooth and jazzy harmonies of bossanova till groovy funks of Rio de Janeiro!
