Edinburgh-based singer-songwriter and guitarist Alasdair Dow has been featured on BBC Radio 2 and has played at UK and international festivals. He gigs regularly in Edinburgh and beyond whilst building his original songbook which touches on folk, blues, rock, soul and classic pop.
Stuart is an Edinburgh-based emerging songwriter and performer. Off the back of a successful debut run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe alongside Alasdair Dow, Stuart Honeyman has found a home in Edinburgh’s music scene for his intricate finger-style guitar, plaintive vocals and dextrous songwriting. His work takes inspiration from artists like James Taylor, Richard Thompson and Tommy Emmanuel and provides audiences an outlet and understanding of their darker thoughts and deep-down desires through keen observations and empathy. Going forward Stuart is seeking further collaborations, regular and one-off gigs for his original work and widening his experience of the Scottish live-music scene.
